We would like to inform you about an upcoming firmware upgrade for your devices. To ensure a smooth and successful update, please kindly follow the steps provided below:
1. Access the Device details in your Settings.
2. Locate the Firmware Upgrade option. Look for a red dot indicating an available update.
3. The update process may take 15 to 30 minutes, depending on your WiFi speed. Feel free to exit the update page without interrupting the process. While updating, keep an eye on your device's screen.
4. Once the screen goes black after the icon flashes , unplug the device for 1 minute.
5. Plug the device back in and wait for the Globe to rotate.
6. Allow the device to automatically pack the trash by selecting "Auto-pack" in the app, or pressing the menu button beside the screen until the "Auto pack" icon is displayed and press the "OK" button. Wait for the device to finish packing.
7. Dispose of the trash after successfully updating the firmware.
